Building upon our design and site supervision experience we also act as project managers on larger schemes assisting our clients and ensuring schemes are built to specification and budget.

Working with developers

All works proposed by private developers on the public highway must be constructed under a section 278 agreement to ensure they are built to the high standards required for a public highway. In addition, if the developer wishes to have private estate roads adopted then this can be done under a section 38 agreement.

We can help with the design check and subsequent site inspection for these works. To ensure enquiries are dealt quickly we have recently introduced a monitoring system to ensure that all enquiries are monitored and dealt with as quickly as possible. Details are included in the standard developers' letter, which you can find a copy of below.
