Home Care

If you are finding it difficult to manage at home, Home Care could be the answer. Home Care offers practical help and support to people living in their own homes, and it could help you to continue to live independently. Home Care can help with the kinds of day to day tasks most people take for granted such as getting in and out bed, or washing and dressing. Home Care could be suitable for you if you are older and are becoming increasingly frail, or if you have a disability or an illness.

If you are finding it difficult to manage at home, please contact the adult social care helpdesk on 023 9268 0810. They will be able to give you more information and advice, and arrange for your needs to be assessed. If you do need home care, this can be arranged through a private home care agency.

Do it online, such as pay bills and apply for services
