If you would like to come in and see us please go to the ground floor reception in the Civic Offices, Guildhall Square. A member of staff will help you with any information or booklets you require about our services. Translation services can be arranged if you need them.
We are open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and until 4pm on Friday. You can call us on 023 9283 4334 or fax us on 023 9283 4660.
The scanning and publishing of our current planning applications onto the web is contracted to a private company. Unfortunately they are currently experiencing problems with their turnaround times and, as a result, documents are not being published onto the web within the agreed 3 working days. We are in daily contact with the company who are working hard to improve their turnaround times.
- New application forms for tree works
- New rules for Permitted Development (GPDO)
The Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) has been published for advice if you need a flood risk assessment as part of your planning application.
