Rail Fares

There are a number of different Railcards available to members of the public : All of the cards are valid for 12 months and the Young Persons, Senior and Family Railcards can be used on all of the 25 privatised train companies across the National Rail network. The Network Railcard can be used on 17 different privatised train companies across the South East of England. The City Council operates a Concessionary travel scheme to assist qualifying residents with their travel costs by issuing tokens. These tokens can be exchanged for the purchase of rail tickets or rail travel cards.
