The PCC dog warden service as well as patrolling the Portsmouth area checking for strays and running the kennels in Regent Road will provide information on dog welfare, control and fouling, and will offer advice on any dog-related issue. Portsmouth charges an initial £39 and £14 per day kennel fees for strays and this must be paid before dogs can be returned to their owners
