Licences

The licensing section is part of the authorities Legal and Democratic Services , with the parent committee being the Licensing Committee.   Policy matters, important public issues, contested applications and disciplinary cases against licence holders are put before the Licensing Committee. Within the licensing section there are 7 staff with dedicated officer available each day at the reception area to deal with enquiries regarding any different licensing/permits and registrations.
