Highways Management manages the day-to-day environment of the city whilst delivering sustainable strategies for road, footway and street lighting condition through a pioneering highway management contract with Ensign Highways Limited.Highways Design provides a design service to our internal client sections such as Asset Management, Traffic Safety, Road Safety and Public Transport. Typically these schemes include environmental improvement schemes, bus and cycle lanes and traffic calming schemes.
