Extensions To Buildings

A full application must be submitted whenever a change in the use of land or buildings is involved or where new building works are to be carried out; however there are exceptions to the rule regarding extensions. Fees are payable for most planning applications, charged according to a national scale. The amount of fee varies with the type of application and is not repayable even if the application is withdrawn.
