Building alterations

Most developments require permission from the Local Planning Authority before they can be carried out. There are exceptions to the rule and it is advised that if there is any doubt if permission is needed, please contact the Development Control Section. If the building is classsed as a 'listed building' you will need to contact the Conservation & Design Team.
