What is it?

The BIG Green Commuter Challenge is a friendly competition between local businesses competing against each other during the week of Mon 12 to Fri 16 May to reduce car miles.

The Challenge will be in it's 6th year in 2008.

In 2007

• 982 people from 32 organisations took part
• 18,378 miles and
• 7222 kg of emissions were saved

The more people take part the more miles we save, more congestion and pollution is reduced.

The more days you take part the more chances you have of entering the prize draw.
