Last updated: 18 December 2009 10:34 UKThe BIG Green Commuter Challenge is a friendly competition between local businesses competing against each other during the week of Monday 17 to Saturday 23 May 2010 to reduce car miles.
Now in it's 8th year, we are asking people to Start your day a different way
in 2009
- 1078 people from 36 organisations took part
- 59.495 miles and
- 23,378 kg of emissions were saved
The more people take part the more miles we save, more congestion and pollution is reduced.
The more days you take part the more chances you have of entering the prize draw.
