Station Square and Station Street SPD
The Station Square and Station Street SPD was adopted on 23 November 2007. It will be used as guidance for development control purposes.This area is in the centre of Portsmouth immediately to the north of the main railway station. There are a wide range of land uses including retail, commercial and car parking. The area is in need of redevelopment to reflect the site’s role as a key gateway into Portsmouth.
