The Portsmouth Enterprise Centres
We own and manage three business centres across the city providing a range of units for industrial and office use and the practical testing of new products and ideas.Challenge Enterprise Centre
This is in Sharps Close just off Anchorage Road and, like the Portsmouth Enterprise Centre, is purpose built for start-up companies. It is suitable for the same type of businesses and has 25 workshop and office units of 370, 550 and 740 sq ft.
Portsmouth Enterprise Centre
This is in Quartermaine Road on the Airport Industrial Estate. It is particularly well suited to businesses in the electrical engineering, machine tool, precision engineering, light assembly, computer and high technology fields. There are 34 units ranging from 359 to 1,427sq ft and it sustains between 150 and 200 jobs at any given time.
Victory Business Centre
This is in Fratton and is based in Victory House, a five storey building that was converted in the early 1980s to provide 78 office, industrial and storage units. Units range from 120 to 1188 sq ft.
