Portsmouth healthy walks

Portsmouth Healthy Walks Walking is the perfect activity for health! Now you can walk your way to good health.

If the thought of working out at a gym frightens you, then the easier option of walking could be the way to get fit.

  • Discover local areas of interest in safety
  • First steps toward enjoying a healthier lifestyle
  • You don't have to spend hours, just 30 minutes a day of moderate activity such as brisk walking is all it takes to feel the difference
The following walks are led on a regular basis, those marked with an * are wheelchair and buggy friendly. Walks take place regardless of weather so please wear suitable footwear.
