Other projects

Here is a snapshot of other projects we have been working on:

Leigh Park

Housing development has worked with Lidl - the European grocery chain - to regenerate the Leigh Park housing office site.  The site of the old area office has been sold to Lidl who are building a supermarket and also a new area office for the council. 

Blakemere Crescent, Paulsgrove

The site was brought to the attention of housing development by the council's local area office and the police.  It had been identified as an area where anti-social behaviour was evident.  Housing development is working in partnership with Hyde Housing Association to develop a small housing scheme.
