All financial assistance packages are discretionary and are subject to funds being available.  Assistance may be limited or discontinued at any time.  Terms and conditions apply.

Decent homes assistance for single or multi-occupied properties

A grant is available to help you improve your privately rented property and to meet the decent homes standard

Renovation assistance

Assistance is available to bring a property back into use or work to convert an under used property.

Home warmer

Assistance is available to provide highly efficient heating systems and roof insulation.

Equity loans

An equity loan with a two year interest free period is available to help you meet the cost of bringing an empty property back into use.
