Specialist services

We support vulnerable adults with physical or learning disabilities, dementia and other problems associated with growing older, and those who have a loss of sight or hearing. Working with Portsmouth City teaching PCT, we also arrange support for people who have mental health problems, issues with substance misuse, and those with HIV/AIDS. A range of specialised services is on offer to help people.
