Customer Involvement

Welcome!

Portsmouth’s adult social care services are committed to involving our customers and their carers in all aspects of the planning and delivery of services. 

We view customers and their carers as partners and “experts” who work alongside the professionals in our communities.

We know that by involving customers and carers in what we do, we are able to respond to peoples concerns more quickly and effectively. It helps us develop, maintain and improve our services and increases the accessibility of our services to all sections of the community.

There are involvement workers across our range of adult social care services. If you have a compliment or a complaint, or feedback about a specific aspect of the service you receive, we would welcome your comments.
