Please contact the Parking Service on 023 9268 8310 to confirm eligibility for a permit.

Permits are not valid in the limited waiting bays in Castle Road or Elm Grove but are valid in the Pay & Display bays in Kings Road.

Visitors and non-permit holders are entitled to two hours free parking except at Pay & Display meters where a scratch card must be displayed immediately.  The scheme operates at all times.

Visitors Parking Scratch Cards are available from Elm Grove Library.
