Permits are not valid in the limited waiting bays in Castle Road or Elm Grove but are valid in the Pay & Display bays in Kings Road.

Visitors and non-permit holders are entitled to two hours free parking except at Pay & Display meters where a scratch card must be displayed immediately.  The scheme operates at all times.

Visitors Parking Scratch Cards are available from Southsea Library in Palmerston Road and from the Parking Office, Alec Rose Lane, Portsmouth, PO1 2BX.
