A dual restriction exists in Garnier Street with a single yellow line running through the bay outside numbers 72-74. Permit holders are not allowed to park in this bay between 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday.
Visitors and non-permit holders are entitled to two hours free parking. The scheme operates at all times.
Visitors Parking Scratch Cards are available from Carnegie Library in Fratton Road.
