Roads covered by residents parking restrictions –

Lucknow Street
Somers Road North
Vivash Road

Please contact the Parking Service on 023 9268 8310 to confirm eligibility for a permit.

Permits are not valid in the Pay and Display bays in Fratton Road.  A dual restriction exists in Vivash Road with a single yellow line running through the bay outside numbers 7-11.  Permit holders are not allowed to park in this bay between 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday.

Visitors and non-permit holders are entitled to two hours free parking in residents’ bays.  The scheme operates at all times.

Visitors Parking Scratch Cards are available from Carnegie Library in Fratton Road.
