Visitors and non-permit holders are entitled to two hours free parking.  The scheme operates at all times.

Visitors Parking Scratch Cards are available from Landport Housing Office in Commercial Place and from the Parking Office, Alec Rose Lane, Portsmouth, PO1 2BX.
