BD Windsor Road

All properties within Windsor Road are eligible for parking permits.  Please contact the Parking Service on 023 9268 8310 to confirm eligibility for a permit.

The restriction applies to the whole of Windsor Road and a bay outside of 15 Portsmouth Road.

Visitors and non-permit holders are entitled to two hours free parking.  The scheme operates 6am – 6pm Monday to Saturday.

Visitors Parking Scratch Cards are available from Cosham Library.
