LRT and monorail

This is an information sheet about the two new public transport systems proposed in Portsmouth, Light Rapid Transit (LRT) and Monorail. 

It contains a section on changes in national and local policy, that form the background to understanding both of these schemes.  It then goes on to explain the details of both LRT and Monorail, highlighting their key features and central aims.
