The Issues Facing Portsmouth (Summary document)
As part of the review of the Portsmouth City Plan, a series of background reports, or 'Topic Papers', has been published on a range of subjects relevant to the plan. The purpose of these reports is to provide current factual information about those matters that will need to be considered when the new plan is drafted. Each report concludes by highlighting the main development/land use issues arising from the research.This document provides a brief summary of the contents and issues arising from each Topic Paper. The papers relevant to each subject are outlined below, and should be referred to for further details.
