Conservation Area 29 - Craneswater & Eastern Parade

View of Eastern Parade This conservation area, designated in 2005 includes properties in Eastern Parade and St Helens Parade facing the seafront open space, plus much of the Craneswater area.

These roads are characterised by large detached properties, many from the edwardian & inter-war periods. Since the second world war a number of these have been redeveloped for blocks of flats.
