Sheltered housing
Our sheltered accommodation is unfurnished accommodation and is primarily for older persons who require some support with their housing. Staff regularly visit every resident and will create a support plan for each resident based on individual needs to enable the resident to live independently within their own home.
Every property has an alarm call system to summon help in an emergency. Most sheltered accommodation has associated communal lounges and laundry facilities. We can also provide a daily meal, domestic support and an assisted bath or shower if a need for these services is identified.
You may be eligible for sheltered housing, according to your age and needs, regardless of whether you are currently a council tenant or not. We carry out an assessment of applicants and maintain a waiting list until suitable properties become available.
