Would you like help to quit smoking?  There are free groups in Portsmouth that you can attend which offer practical advice and support to help you to stop smoking. Support sessions are based all over the city, so click on the link below to find the session nearest to you. One to one sessions and home visits can also be arranged in certain circumstances, especially for those people who have mobility issues.
