Home contents insurance scheme

We insure our properties and in the case of a fire, we would claim on this insurance for the cost of repairing the property.

However, we do not insure any contents that belongs to you and strongly urge that every tenant and leaseholder buys their own contents insurance.

We offer a very competitive home contents insurance policy through Allianze and they offers a professional claims service Under the tenants/leaseholders contents insurance scheme you will automatically be insured for £2,000,000 under 'Occupier and Personal Responsibility'. This will protect you if you negligently cause damage to persons or property belonging to third parties, ie visitors to your home.

If we have been negligent and cause damage to your property you may be able to sort this out through our own liability insurance. Negligence or fault against us would need to be proven.
