Decent homes standard

We have been set a target of raising the standard of our properties by the year 2010 by the government.  This is known as the decent homes standard and it is driving our modernisation programme of our properties.

The following work is being undertaken to improve the standard of your home:

• double glazed windows
• installiation of gas central heating systems
• new and replacement kitchens
• planned maintenance of external repairs and decoration

This forms the basis of our programme of work until 2010/11.
