Our performance

What is Performance Management?

It is about practical ways of improving how we do things in the organisation to achieve our objectives.  In our case, the main objectives are given in the Community Strategy, other strategies, the business plans of each service and the standards set by government.  The purpose of Performance Management is not to hit arbitrary targets, but to actually improve services and quality of life for local people.
